How To Get Free Shipping

Our web partners at Frog Pond Aquatics and PlanetRenaDirect both offer free shipping* for orders over $20.00. These orders must be placed online and shipped to destinations in North America including Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico with a minimum purchase of $20.00 or more. All phone, fax or mail orders and on line orders less than $20.00 are shipped with a flat fee shipping charge of $7.95.

Frog Pond and PlanetRena Direct will ship outside North America with shipping options and charges shown during checkout. They ship their orders Monday through Friday via UPS and the United States Postal Service.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours unless shipping services are closed. Multiple shipping options are available for expedited shipping which can be chosen at checkout.

Back Orders: Frog Pond ships over 98% of their orders complete. They will either note on your packing list or email you information on any items that are back ordered and the estimated arrival date of new stock. Please reorder after that date as they don't back order.
